How do I cancel an order?

LOCAL DELIVERY 
Delivery is available nationwide for Trinidad & Tobago. You would receive your tracking number by email. Please reach out to TTPOST @669-5361-9 or via email customer.service@ttpost.net 
to track your package.

How long does processing take?
When you place an order please allow 2-3 days for processing.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
When you place an order please allow 2-3 days for processing. Delivery time depends on the option you choose at checkout 
TTPOST takes 2-3 business days (ONLY AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS IN TRINIDAD & TOBAGO) - (does not include the weekend)
DHL takes 5-7 business days worldwide (does not include the weekend)
Parcel Post takes 7-10 business days for the Caribbean (does not include the weekend)
For The Americas - 10-14 business days 
For The Rest Of The World - 12-16 business days

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do, shipping is available via DHL or via Parcel Post. 

What's the cost of shipping? 
For local shipping for Trinidad and Tobago delivery is $30TTD and worldwide delivery starts @$16USD.


PAYMENTS 
What type of payments do you accept? 
We accept credit card, paypal and bank deposit payments. We also offer payment plans via layaway. 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns or exchanges? 
FOR LOCAL CUSTOMERS
Yes we do, please contact us if you are in Trinidad and Tobago. Returns and exchanges are usually accepted 2 days after purchase or delivery. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Yes we do, please note there is a flat rate of $50USD for us to provide you with a return label or you do have the option of paying the shipping courier to facilitate the return yourself.

Products can only be returned that has been purchased directly through our website, FACEBOOK or INSTAGRAM page. 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Items that have been opened or damaged due to personal negligence
 
REFUNDS
Do you issues refunds?
Yes we do, however in the case where the reason for refund is not due to an error by Package King you would be issued a store credit.
